Today was on the road over to El Paso, Texas. Kind of a quiet day.
This is pretty much what it looked like all the way over. Both ghost towns we were going to stop at
were closed. I guess the ghost also took a vacation.
Crossing over into the lone star state.
Here I-10 runs right along the mexican border.
Looking over there you can understand why they all want to come here.
We tried to go to Franklin Mountain State park and found that the road was washed out.
So we then drove to the top of the mountain for the view.
In the foreground is El Paso, the background is Mexcio.

Tomorrow things will pick up at Carlsbad Caverns.
