DAY 2

Hi all,
Today we leave Salt Lake and head up to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Our route takes us up through Logan Canyon, and around Bear Lake, and through Idaho and into Wyoming.

We say goodbye to Salt Lake and head north.

In Logan we find a cute little coffee shop.

There must be some big fish here.

In order to get good pictures you need a clean window.

The mountains are in full color and the leaves smell so good.

The aspen are a sharp contrast to the evergreens.

Bear Lake.

It's so blue !

Life is good ! Now that I am getting hard of hearing.

This is a big lake.

Here comes IDAHO !

Strange things, you see out here in them thar fields.

Wyoming !

Horses are all over the place.

Now wouldn't you like to live in this town?

Neat sign coming into this town.

I told them this was way too deep to cross. Sure looks cold !

Here we are almost to Jackson, Wyoming and had not seen any wildlife as of yet.
( Except for road kill along the way ) and I said to the girls we should have seen something
by now. I barely got it out of my mouth and I spot these two mountain goats up on the hill.

You can see they have their winter coats on.

Coming up to the Grand Tetons.

We are spending the next 3 nights here at Teton Village,
just outside of the Grand Teton National Park.

See you on Day 3. Ralph , Prilly & Sue
