Does anyone know what this plant is called?
Crossing the mountains coming into LA.
We run into this moving parking lot on Route 101 to Ventura.
Must be we're getting close, there is the water.
We get here and the wind is blowing 20 to 30 mph. We had planned
to take a boat out to Channel Islands National Park tomorrow, but the wind is so bad
they have all been canclled. We are hoping we can get out there on Monday
to hike on Santa Cruz Island.
This is Santa Cruz Island, 21 miles off the coast.

The sun is shining but the wind is brutal.
I came all the way across the country just to become Ralph's roost.
