Today we go through Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and onto Grand Marais for the night.
First stop is to check out this beach on Lake Superior.
This is one big Lake.
We spot a family of Turkeys on the shore line.
Lake Surperior is the largest Freshwater lake in the world.
We decide to hike out to Miners Falls.

There they go taking another break, I wish they would keep up.

We see this cool beach with lots of rocks so we pull over and head down to it.
We were going to take this boat ride, but It looks like we missed the boat.
We head back to find a ranger who did not care for the way we parked the car.
I think he was having a bad day.
We then hike upto Messer Falls.

Looks like a blow hole in the wall.
The wind is picking up and it looks like rain.

This was a place that they would roll timber down to barges
We head over to Grand Marais to find a motel not much to choose from.
Tomorrow we head for home.
